Bajaj Pulsar is a much-loved Indian sports bike brand not just in India but around the globe. The Pulsar is being sold in 65 countries around the globe and holds 40% of the motorcycle segment in India.
Not only that, Bajaj holds a huge market share of almost 56.91% in the 3 wheeler segment in India as per the reports of the financial year 2020.
So today we decided to review an all-time favorite Pulsar, the Pulsar 220f.
It's been over a decade since Bajaj has introduced Pulsar 220f but the sales figure of the bike will still tell you how many people still love this bike.
The recent variants of the bike are Bajaj Pulsar ABS BS 6 and Bajaj Pulsar Dagger Edge edition. The Dagger Edge edition is the top variant of 220f and on this blog, we are going to be more focused on the same model.

- Pulsar 220f also features laser-edged graphics and a carbon black silencer which makes the bike look more sporty.
- In the front Pulsar 220f has projector headlamps which provide a wider beam for better visibility which differentiates it from the other bikes on Indian roads.

Review: -
- The Bajaj Pulsar still has that power that can make it go toe to toe with the latest bikes in the same segment.
- The bike runs very well planted around the corners at speed.
- The handling is good and the ride quality is comfortable.
- In the earlier variants of 220F, the engine was not much refined, and this issue still persists.
- The bike still features an analog tachometer, it would be better if the instrument cluster would be fully digital.
Conclusion: -
- The Bajaj Pulsar220f is still a good performing bike that won't let you down in terms of performance, but its aging chassis is showing its effects and needs improvisation.
- You can go with the Pulsar 220f and you will not regret it, but in our view, you should check out other bikes in the same segment for a better choice.
